Tumbling, Jumps, Dance, Cheer & Flex Zone

 
Tiny Tots (Ages 18 mkos thru 24 mos) Learn the basics of beginner tumbling in an age appropriate setting. From forward rolls, bridges, fine and major motor skill development, coordination, balance beam and parachute work.
Tumble Cats (Ages 24 mos thru 36 mos) A continuation of the Tiny Tots for the younger athlete; athletes will learn cartwheels, front limbers, muscle control, flexibility and more advanced skills.
Midwest Cheerleading University This class is what you need to prepare for school, recreational and all-star tryouts! Each week will offer a different focus, from tumbling, jumps, motions and the chance to talk with actual coaches who will tell you what they are looking for !!
Into to Hip Hop It's back and Coach Dexter is ready to teach you the skills and tricks you need to be part of the team! Great for kids elementary and junior high.
Jump to Make 'Em Jealous Increase your height and form in all your jumps; a must for all cheerleaders!

Beginner Basics
(42.50 for 8 weeks)

(Ages 2 - 4) For the next age, continue learning cartwheels, round offs, front limbers and bridges... all the skills needed to move into BHS 101.
Advanced Basics (Ages 5 yrs and up) Designed for the older athlete needing to learn the basics, in an age appropriate environment; cartwheels, round offs, flexibility and all the skills needed to move into BHS 101.
BHS 101 The goal...to achieve a standing back handspring as well as a round off back handspring while perfecting form.
**must have a cartwheel and round off for admittance
Adv BHS Learn to connect a series of both standing and running back handsprings while improving overall form
**must have a standing and round off back handspring
Beg. Tuck Students learn basic form of the tuck while achieving their round off tuck
** must have round-off three and standing three BHS
Adv Tuck

connecting your back handspring before your tuck is the goal of this class while focusing on standing tucks
**must have a round off tuck for admittance

Twisters This class is by recommendation only and teaches the form and technique of a single full. **Must have a layout for admittance.
Elite Twisters Double fulls and standing fulls are the goal of this class; from correct technique to elite skills. **Must have a single full for admittance.
Standing Tumbling This class is for those athletes whorking on standing tucks and standing fulls; this is definately a must for those athletes ready for a challenge: must have a round off tuck for admittance.
Special Needs Tumbling Open to all ages and the 1st in the area; this class is open to all boys and girls with special needs; Student to staff ration 1:3; this class offers fun and the opportunity to learn.
Flex Zone A must for flyers and dancer alike; increase your overall flexibility in this hour long class.
Core Strength Class
Kids/Teens
This class is designed to strengthen the athlete's core including their abdominals, back, hamstring and quads. Studies have shown that athletes complaining of back pain have weak core strength. From bands to free weights... this class will kick your core in gear!
Core Strength Class
Adults
Similar to our class for children/teens, this class will concentrate on building your abs, back, hamstring and quads... therefore lessening back pain that hit us as we age. This class is a must for every adult!
