Tanya Roesel
With over 18yrs of experience in competitive cheer and dance, Tanya has coached several teams to National Titles. From 1988 until 2000, she directed the dance teams for both Northwest Highschool and Pleasant Run Jr High. During that time she choreographed for Winton Woods and Glen Este dance teams as well as several color guards. In 2000, she became the head coach for the Lakota West Highschool Competitive Cheer team as well as the Varsity Football and Basketball Cheer Coach. After coaching the West Competitive Team to a NCA National title she went on to open Midwest Cheer Elite. Tanya can be found coaching the 2006-2007 Senior Coed team. With a background as an RN, CPR/First Aid Certification and USASF certifications, her numerous credentials add to the success of this powerhouse gym. When not found inside the gym, Tanya can be found judging for several of the national competition circuits. |

Randal "Big Dog" Harper
A.K.A. "Big Dog"; The name alone say's it all. With over 11 years in the cheer industry, Big Dog has become a name known around the country. Former recruiter for Wright State University, Big Dog was assistant coach for the Lakota West Competitive Cheer Team and led them to their NCA title. Staff member with Americheer Inc, Big Dog can be also be found running area highschool tumbling programs. USASF certified and entering his 5th season with Midwest Cheer Elite. Big Dog was named as one of the Top 12 Coaches at the USASF World's Competition. |

Kyle Bright
A 5 year member of the Midwest Cheer Elite coaching staff, Kyle is also a former member of the Miami University cheerleading team. A native of Kentucky, he has coached some of the top teams in the country. When not in the gym, Kyle also works as a staff member for Americheer Inc and is a lifeguard during the summer. Kyle also was a finalist interviewed with MTV and "Made" for a cheer coach position. Kyle is both CPR/First Aid and USASF certified. |

Marcus Posey
A former gymnast, Marcus is beginning his 3rd year on staff with Midwest. As the Mason Highschool Competitive Cheer coach, he led his team to several wins and a national title. A former University of Cincinnati cheerleader, Marcus brings over 18 years of both cheerleading and gymnastics experience.USASF certified, Marcus is currently working on his PhD in business while coaching the 2006-2007 Peewee and Large Senior team for Midwest Cheer Elite.

Brooke Boling
A former member and coach for ACE Allstars, Brooke is one of the top Hip Hop choreographers in the country. She has led the Sr Hip Hop team to several regional and national titles over the past 2 years and is one of the most recognized names in the industry. Brooke was named as one of the top 12 coaches at the USASF World's Competition! Brooke is a talented hair stylist at Mitchell's Salon during the day. Whether it's your Hip Hop routine or a rec cheer show, Brooke has the talent and the ability to create national winning shows. |

Dexter Crawford
A former allstar cheerleader and dancer, Dexter has been an asset as a instructor for Midwest Cheer Elite. His own cheer experience led to his success as the 2005-2006 Lakota West Competitive Cheer Coach. Dexter was interviewed as a finalist this season for MTV's "Made" to coach a young lady who wanted to become a cheerleader in Columbus. During the summer, he can be found running our highschool sideline camps or choreographing for area rec teams. |

Stacey Sides
An accountant during the day and a cheer coach at night, Stacey brings her experience as a former Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy instructor. With expertise in instructing both entry level and advanced tumbling, Stacey has become a favorite with parents and kids alike. |

Nicole Higgins
Nicole is a former member of the Lakota West, NCA National Championship High School team. Competing 3 years for Midwest Cheer Elite as a member of our Senior Cheer teams and 2 years dancing for Senior Hip Hop. When not coaching, she is pursuing a degree in Speech Pathology at the University of Cincinnati. |

Rachel Berning
Rachel joined Midwest Cheer Elite as a tumbling instructor in 2006 and can now be found coaching our Wildcats Limited Travel team. With a vast array of tumbling and coaching experience, we are excited to have her on board! When not coaching, Rachel is planning a fall wedding with her fiance in Cleveland, Ohio and also works full time for Cintas. |

Lori Young
Lori joins Midwest Cheer Elite with plenty of experience, from tumbling to all-star and school cheer! A current cheerleading coach for her school in Kentucky, Lori can be found teaching tumbling classes and privates as well as assisting with several of our all-star teams! Lori spends her days as an 8th grade teacher in Northern Kentucky! |

Evan Sayers
Evan has over 15 years of cheerleading, gymnastics, power tumbling and strength training experience. Even cheered for Florida State and was a member of the NCA staff. He has coached several nationally ranked programs and was the founder/director of the Xavier University's "Spirit Squad" which included two cheer teams, the dance team and mascots. He is currently CPR/First Aid Certified. When outside the gym, Evan is an operations and marketing consultant. He is also a husband and pround father of two boys. |

Annette Higgins
An award winning web designer, Annette brings her extensive experience in computers, graphic design and programming to the Midwest web page, ads and t-shirts. In addition, as the billing manager, she designed the custom software used by the gym to track billing, uniform orders and classes. When she's not working at Midwest, Annette teaches web design and graphics for Miami University and develops custom software for a finanical institution in Oxford. In addition, she has designed web pages for schools, businesses and organizations. |
