Dexter Crawford Allstar Coach/ Tumbling Instructor/ Choreographer
Whether you find Dexter jumping up and down at the front of the stage at competitions, or motivating his teams while in the gym... you'll always find Dexter doing a variety of things at Midwest. From choreography, to tumbling classes... Dexter does it all! A part of the staff from the early days of Midwest, Dexter is a huge asset to the program!
Joyce Lee Front Office Manager
Whether you are looking for information about classes, teams or mat rental... Joyce is the first face you will see when you come into the doors of Midwest! As front office manager, Joyce will make sure you feel at home and you will know you are part of the family!
Marcus Posey Allstar Coach/ Tumbling Instructor/ Choreographer
From choreography, to tumbling classes, private lessons and allstar teams.. you’ll find Marcus doing a little bit of everything! A former University of Cincinnati cheerleader, Marcus was part of the 1996 USA Olympic Cheer Team under the direction of James Speed. A part of the Midwest Cheer Elite staff for 8 years, Marcus is a huge asset to our program!!
Laura Lonergan Tumbling Instructor
A graduate of Lakota West Highschool and a former Lakota West cheerleader as well as a current Midwest Cheer Elite all-star, Laura is now a freshman at Raymond Walters. When not attending our Worlds team practices, Laura can be found instructing various classes here at Midwest!
Danielle Jacobson Dance Instructor
A new face at Midwest but not new in the industry, Danielle is a former University of Cincinnati dancer. She also has an extensive dance background in the allstar industry. A graduate of Lebanon Highschool and a current Junior at the University of Cincinnati, Danielle can found coaching our Junior Hip Hop team as well as teaching dance classes in the evenings.
Jordan Henry Allstar Coach/ Tumbling Instructor
Jordan grew up and went thru the ranks of Midwest Cheer Elite as both a cheerleader and dancer. A former Little Miami Highschool cheerleader, Jordan is now coaching allstars for Midwest as well as tumbling classes. Jordan can also be found on the campus of the University of Cincinnati as a sophomore studying business and marketing.
Kyle Tarbill Allstar Coach/ Tumbling Instructor
A graduate of Circleville Highschool, Kyle is currently a sophomore at the University of Cincinnati. A former Allstar Cheerleader who has attended Worlds on numerous occassions, Kyle is spending his 2nd season instructing our Senior Limited Travel Cheer team as well as teaching tumbling classes.
Ashley Leimberger Allstar Coach/ Tumbling Instructor
With a background in gymnastics, cheer and dance, Ashley’s extensive experience makes her a huge asset to Midwest! This is Ashley’s first season with Midwest and she can be found coaching both Allstar teams as well as instructing tumbling classes and private lessons!
Jess Kuhn Allstar Coach/ Tumbling Instructor
This is Jess’s 2nd season with Midwest Cheer Elite. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Jess is a former Allstar and Highschool Cheerleader! When not coaching all-star teams, you can find Jess instructing tumbling classes during the evenings!
Gerri Sroka Allstar Coach
A graduate of Galen College of Nursing, Gerri is our coach for the Firecats Cheer and Hip Hop team, a team made up of athletes with Special Needs. Gerri has been with Midwest Cheer Elite for over 6yrs and is also a former Midwest Cheer Elite All-star!!
Brooke Boling Allstar Coach/ Choreographer
A former Allstar cheerleader and dancer herself, when not doing hair, Brooke can be found doing choreography for allstar cheer and dance teams both at Midwest and across the country. Brooke has been at Midwest for over 6yrs and has taken over 9 teams to the USASF Worlds Competition in Orlando Florida! Brooke was a graduate of the International Academy of Elite Cosmo Training as a hairstylist!
Randall “Big Dog” Harper Allstar Coach/ Tumbling Instructor/ Recruiter
A graduate of Northmont Highschool and former college cheerleader, Big Dog is known across the country for his involvement in the cheer industry. He has been a part of Midwest Cheer Elite since it’s opening in 2003 and was also an Asst Coach for the Lakota West Competitive Team. Big Dog was also one of the Top Four nominees for Coach of the Year at the 2011 Worlds VIP Ceremony.
Tanya Roesel Owner
Owner of Midwest Cheer Elite, her experience dates back 22yrs as a choreographer and coach of Cheer and Dance teams. Former Lakota West Highschool Competitive Coach, she took the team to their first NCA National Title in 2003. Tanya was one of the top four nominees for “Gym Owner of the Year” at the 2011 Worlds VIP Ceremony and when not working at the gym, can be found speaking at coaches conferences across the country, as well as judging for various companies.
